This little combo is a killer FINISHER and also a great tool for practicing the hip snap on your swing and your kettlebell snatch. It incorporates swings, high pulls and snatches to help you polish up your technique on all three movements.

You can rest between each round (30 seconds to 1 minute if needed) or you can try to push through and see how many quality rounds you can get in before you have to put the bell down. If you are new to these movements, definitely rest between rounds so you can focus on quality over quantity.

If you are training for RKC, this combo is a great way to get in a lot of conditioning for the RKC snatch test.
